Coconut- Milk Balls (Nariyal ke ladoo)

Ingredients - 
  1. Coconut (nariyal) - 1 cup ( grated)
  2. Milk - 2 cups (big)
  3. Sugar - 4-5 tsp
  4. Raisins - 1/2 cup
Coconut ladoo

Directions - 

  • In an open Pan, cook grated coconut with milk. Bring it to boil.
  • Cup of Milk
  • Lower the flame and cook until milk fat is left over. Keep on stirring continuously as it will stick in the pan.

Grated Coconut
  • Add Sugar with raisins in a pan.
  • Transfer the content in an empty bowl.
  • Divide the content in small equal part.
  • Press every part in your palm separately, making small ball out of it.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours. 
  • Serve it cold.

Egg Sandwich

Ingredients for 4 people- 
  1. Egg - 2
  2. Onion - 1/4 (chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1/2 (chopped)
  4. Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chat masala/ Aamchur Powder - 1 tsp
  7. Bread - 8 pieces
  8. Butter - 2 tsp

Directions - 

Raw Egg

  • Boil Egg in a bowl.

Boiled Egg
  •  Take the skin off from the boiled egg.

Chopped Egg, onion, tomatoes, Green chilli

  •  Cut egg in small pieces.

Mix them together

  • Mix egg, onion, tomatoes and green chilli together.
  • Add salt and aamchur powder, stir it slowly without breaking egg.

Layer of butter and Egg mix
  • Toast the bread in a toaster and if you don't have a toaster, toast the bread in an open pan.
  • Put a layer of butter on a 1 side of butter, then a layer of egg mix.

Ready Sandwich
  • A layer of Tomato sauce on the other piece of bread.
  • Put this bread on top of 1st bread, and make a sandwich.
  • Cut in triangular shapes and enjoy it with green chutney or red chutney.

Sweet Potato curry (for babies)

  1. Sweet Potato- 1 ( peeled and diced)
  2. Red Lentils - 1/2 Cup
  3. Onion - 1/4 (chopped)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
  6. Cumin Powder - 1 pinch
  7. Coriander Powder- 1 pinch
  8. Unsalted butter/ Ghee( melted) - 1tsp
Directions -
  • Add butter in a heated pan, add onions and stir it, till it turns light brown.
  • Add sweet potato with spices and fry till it turns brown in clour.
  • Add red lentils with water and cook for another 15-20 minutes with lid covered on medium flame.
  • Serve it with white rice.
