Black forest cake
Ingredients -
- All Purpose flour - 2 cups
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Baking Soda- 1tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Eggs -2
- Sugar- 3/4 cup
- Chocolate Powder - 1 cup
- Cooking Oil - 1 cup
- Milk - 1tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1tsp
- In a big bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
- In another Bowl, mix sugar, cooking oil and chocolate powder together, mix to make all the sugar crystals dissolved.
- Beat eggs in another container.
- Add eggs to the sugar mixture and stir.
- Slowly, transfer mixture of flour in mixture of sugar, stirring it continuously.
- Mix milk and lemon juice to the batter.
- In an oven cooking pan, Spray some oil all over the pan.
- Transfer the batter in a pan.
- Cook inside the oven for 30-35 minutes at 350 deg F.
- Take it out, insert a toothpick in the center of cake, it comes out clear, your cake is done, If no put it again for 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Put the cake outside of oven and let it cool down.
- Garnish it with cream and cake sprinklers.
- Enjoy it at room temperature or chilled.
