Semolina milk pudding ( Suzi kheer)

Ingredients -
  1. Semolina - 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar - 1tsp
  3. Milk - 1/2 glass
Directions -
  • Boil a glass of water in a pan, add semolina, cook it for 8-10 minutes.
  • When semolina cooked, add milk and cook it for 5 more minutes.
  • Add sugar, switch off the flame.
  • Garnish it with almonds and raisins ( not for babies).
  • Semolina pudding thickens when get cold, so before serving add half a cup of milk.
  • Give it to baby when pudding is at room temperature.
NOTE FOR FEEDING BABIES-
  • IF SEMOLINA IS COOKED DIRECTLY IN MILK, THE WATER CONTENT OF MILK EVAPORATES, MILK THICKENS, QUITE DIFFICULT FOR BABY TO DIGEST.
  • IF BABIES STOMACH IS UPSET, USE THE SAME THING TO FEED BABY, ONLY THING TO SUBSTITUTE IS MILK. After cooking semolina, add sugar, switch off the flame, and add 1tbsp of milk powder or powder ( lactose free). Mix it properly and give it to baby.
