Fox nut pudding ( makhana kheer)
Ingredients-
- Fox nut ( Makhana)- 1 Bowl
- Milk - 2 bowl
- Sugar- 4-5 spoons
- Almonds - 8-10 pieces ( not for babies)
- Raisins - 1/2 cup ( 4-5 pieces for babies)
- Cut fox nut in small pieces.
- Boil Milk in a pan, add cut fox nut in a boiling Milk.
- Cook it on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
- When fox nut turns soft, close the flame, add sugar, stir it.
- Garnish it with crushed almonds and raisins.
- Serve it cold.
