Fox nut pudding ( makhana kheer)

  1. Fox nut ( Makhana)- 1 Bowl
  2. Milk - 2 bowl
  3. Sugar- 4-5 spoons
  4. Almonds - 8-10 pieces ( not for babies)
  5. Raisins - 1/2 cup ( 4-5 pieces for babies)
Directions -
  • Cut fox nut in small pieces. 
  • Boil Milk in a pan, add cut fox nut in a boiling Milk.
  • Cook it on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
  • When fox nut turns soft, close the flame, add sugar, stir it.
  • Garnish it with crushed almonds and raisins.
  • Serve it cold.
