Triple Oreo Bundt Cake #BundtBakers

Oreo cookies- these are one of the most famous sugary treats for kids. In supermarkets, they make sure it is at the eye level of kids. So, the other day when we were wandering around in Costco getting our regular groceries, my little one saw a big pack of Oreos and we couldn't convince her that it was too much for us.  Anyways, we ended up with this big box of Oreos, and after 1 pack, it seemed like the rest were forgotten. So, I decided to use them in an effective, smart way. This pandemic is giving me ample time to try and experiment with various dishes and cakes. I decided to use these cookies in a cake. Believe me, they are extremely delicious and no one can stop at just 1 piece. It is very easy to make and it only requires a few ingredients.  See the softness and fluffiness of this cake. #BundtBakers is a group of Bundt loving bakers who get together once a month to bake Bundts with a common ingredient or theme. It feels good to know, your friends are waiting for your posts. They keep on checking, and one fine day they will ask you, what happened why you are not posting these days... I was looking for your recent work... Well, well.. Here, I am.. Posting again with my Bundt Bakers group...  This Bundt, was created for necessity, but now became my favorite... Couple of things to note is... One you can never taste the tomato in the cake, because of overpowering taste of Cocoa. And 2nd, kid will never get to know, that their are something healthy hidden inside... It becomes a everyday struggle, when kids start picking veggies from their food. Mine hates tomatoes... If it is blended well in the curry, then that's fine.. otherwise she will pick those mini pieces from her food... I still don't understand, how she is able to see those mini pieces.. As a mom, we all try to give our kids enough nutrition.. sometimes, it works out, and sometimes we need to work harder, to give those l...

Well, I am back, after a long break. Wanted to come back earlier, but somehow wasn't able to accommodate writing in my schedule. Writing is something which, makes me refreshed, and I can share my experience with my friends. Somehow, I feel there is always something to talk about, something to tell, something to share. And this time, I have lot to share. In past few months, lot of things changed, for me. I started working full time. So, my daily schedule completely changed.  Like cooking and writing, designing is my passion too. my passion led me too, an architecture school, and it became my carrier. I always feel, one should select a carrier, which they love, then only they can give their full input. Happy from my work, but to make myself completely satisfied, I need to pull some time from here and their and keep on blogging. I moved to another house. So, demanding job, demanding family, cooking, cleaning, setting up the new house and my determination to find out ti...

Eggless Vanilla Confetti Bundt Cake #BundtBakers

I have a soft corner for cakes, and when it comes to homemade Eggless cakes, no one can control me... Though I love cakes, but when it is loaded with cream, I try not to eat, as it contains too much of sugar.. When my kiddo was small, every time I am making cake, she wants me to decorate it with cream, and then put some extra cream in her piece of cake... So, all my liking vanishes by the time, it's my turn to eat my piece of cake.. Well now, after all these years, she has developed same taste as me... Yayyyyyy, no more cream in our daily desserts.. So, I decided to make something which qualifies for this month's theme, perfect for my taste buds, and is approved by my kiddo, without a hesitation...  Vanilla Confetti Bundt Cake.. Isn't it looking beautiful... I believe in making food in easier ways.. When I can make food fast and get the same taste in my food, why to take longer route.. So, I am always looking for easier recipes.. This recipe is inspired from 1...

Every year in summer, Mango becomes part of our daily meal... We prepare lots of dessert from Mango like Mango custard, mango cake, Mango mousse.... These 3 things are absolutely adored by my kiddo... it's always my first preference to make... So, while, I was deciding what to make for Cookies and Icecream event, I made Mango cake for the dessert.. The moment it came out, this idea stricked me of making cookie out of it... I always love to do experiment with my cooking, and when I succeed,it gives me immense happiness.  This idea came to me, as I love to have my slice of cake topped with a dulloop of iceceam, some bananas or Mango's and crushed almonds... So, this idea was looking quite interesting to me... My oven, was already hot that time, so mashed 2 slices of cake, and baked at high temperature, to make it hard...And it worked out just fine... The crunchiness and butter goodness, mixed with the flavor of ice- cream, took my heart away.. Whi...
