Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients-
- Rice - 4 handful
- Onion - 1 cup ( sliced)
- Cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Carrot- 1 (Grated)
- Bell Pepper - 1/2 cup ( cut in small pieces)
- Peas - 1 Handful
- Mushroom - 1/2 Cup
- Almonds- 10-12 (crushed-to garnish)
- Pistachios - 10-12 (to garnish)
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1tsp
- White Vinegar - 2tbsp
- Wash rice and cook it in an open pan, till the rice is tender. Drain the water, add cold water and drain the water.
- In a big pan, add oil and let it get heated. add onions and fry it till it turns brown.
- Now, add all vegetables with salt and white vinegar, cook it for 15 minutes, covered.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add cooked white rice in pan.
- Mix it properly. Garnish it with crushed almonds and pistachios .
- Serve it hot with vegetable manchurian.
