Vegetarian Chowmein
Ingredients
1. Spaghetti
Direction-
Boil
Spaghetti, til the time it becomes soft and properly cooked. Drain
all the water and keep it separately and let it cool down.

2. Oil - 2 tablespoon
4. Bell Pepper- 1/2 chopped
5. Carrot - 1/2 chopped
6. Onion - 1/2 chopped
7. Potato - 1 Small
8. Soya sauce - 2 tbs
9. Mustard sauce - 1 tbs
10. Tomato sauce - 2 tbs
Take oil in a dry pan and heat it. Add all vegetables in the oil when heated, add salt and cover the pan.
When
the vegetables are cooked, add tomato sauce, mustard sauce and soya
sauce in it. Mix it well. Now, add spaghetti in the mixture , mix it
well on high flame.
Ummmm, delicious Chowmein is ready to eat.
