Vegetable Korma for babies
- Potato - 1/2 ( diced)
- Onion - 1/4 ( sliced)
- Carrot - 1/4 ( grated)
- Bell Pepper- 1/8 ( sliced)
- Cabbage - 1/2 Cup
- Peas - 1/2 Cup
- Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
- Green beans - 2-3 stems( cut in small pieces)
- Spinach leaves - 8-10 leaves
- Salt to taste
- Butter/ Ghee - 1/2 tsp
- Add Ghee in a heated pan, add onions ina pan and saute it until tender.
- Add potato, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, green beans and spinach leaves. Add salt with 1/2 glass of water and stir it.
- Cover the Pan and let it get cooked for another 15 minutes.
- When vegetables are properly cooked, close the flame.
- Mash the vegetables. Serve it to baby at room temperature.
