Vegetable Korma for babies

Ingredients - 
  1. Potato - 1/2 ( diced)
  2. Onion - 1/4 ( sliced)
  3. Carrot - 1/4 ( grated)
  4. Bell Pepper- 1/8 ( sliced)
  5. Cabbage - 1/2 Cup
  6. Peas - 1/2 Cup
  7. Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
  8. Green beans - 2-3 stems( cut in small pieces)
  9. Spinach leaves - 8-10 leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Butter/ Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Directions - 
  • Add Ghee in a heated pan, add onions ina pan and saute it until tender.
  • Add potato, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, green beans and spinach leaves. Add salt with 1/2 glass of water and stir it.
  • Cover the Pan and let it get cooked for another 15 minutes.
  • When vegetables are properly cooked, close the flame. 
  • Mash the vegetables. Serve it to baby at room temperature.
