Tomato Egg Curry

Ingredients  for 2 people- 
  1. Egg - 4 (No.)
  2. Tomato - 2 (medium- grinded)
  3. Garlic - 4-5 cloves
  4. Ginger Paste - 1tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
  7. Cumin Powder - 1tsp
  8. Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
  9. Coriander Powder - 1tsp
  10. Oil - 1tsp
  11. Cilantro - 1/2 Cup (chopped)
Directions - 
  • In an empty broad pan, add Oil and heat it.
  • Add chopped garlic and fry it till it turns brown in color.
  • Add grinded tomato in a pan.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder with a cup of water, mix it and stir it.
  • On a medium flame, break egg in a pan. Let it cook and don't touch for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, turn the egg and cook on other side.
  • Transfer curry in a serving bowl, carefully, as the egg might can break. Garnish curry with chopped cilantro.
