Tomato Egg Curry
Ingredients  for 2 people- 
- Egg - 4 (No.)
 - Tomato - 2 (medium- grinded)
 - Garlic - 4-5 cloves
 - Ginger Paste - 1tsp
 - Salt to taste
 - Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
 - Cumin Powder - 1tsp
 - Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
 - Coriander Powder - 1tsp
 - Oil - 1tsp
 - Cilantro - 1/2 Cup (chopped)
 
- In an empty broad pan, add Oil and heat it.
 - Add chopped garlic and fry it till it turns brown in color.
 - Add grinded tomato in a pan.
 - Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder with a cup of water, mix it and stir it.
 - On a medium flame, break egg in a pan. Let it cook and don't touch for 10 minutes.
 - After 10 minutes, turn the egg and cook on other side.
 - Transfer curry in a serving bowl, carefully, as the egg might can break. Garnish curry with chopped cilantro.
