Papdi Chat

At the Corner of the street, 3 men are standing with their handcart. All of them are ha ving all types of Chat. They do all preparation, and when we want to eat, we just go to them and ask for our favorite chat. When I was doing my Graduation Degree, n ext to my hostel, was a street and on that street, there was a row of people, who are standing with their Handcart and are selling all types of chat and Gol-Gappe. Everyday, me and my friends we use to have our favorite chats there as an evening snacks. I really miss those days and those yummy spicy and crunchy chat. Now, I would like to share recipe of one of my favorite chat- Papdi Chat. Jalebi is one of the most famous sweet dish of India. It is one of those dishes which is loved by everybody, younger or elder. Every member of family loves to enjoy Jalebi's and when it comes in a combination of Rabri, it is the best sweet dish ever. In every sweet shops, we get jalebi. There are few varieties of Jalebi, and among them the most common is known as Jalebi and Imrati. The recipe of Imrati will also be following shortly. Right now, just talk about Jalebi. I still remember, when we were small, me and my siblings, we use to wait for Independence Day and Republic Day, as we get the hot jalebis on this particular day. So, here is the delicious recipe of Jalebi for everyone. Fasting in Navratri doesn't mean, that we need to eat tasteless and bland food. Some people eat rock salt in their food and do fasting for all 9 days of the festival. Here, is 1 of the delicious Recipe for Worshipers. Ingredients -  Potato - 4 (big) Salt or Rock Salt to taste Paneer (grated)- 1/2 cup Cashews (roasted ) - 1/4 cup Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder - 1tsp Aamchur powder - 1tsp Cilantro leaves - 15-16 leaves (Optional) Directions -  Boil Potato and mash. Add salt, Red Chilli Powder and Cumin Powder in the mashed Potato. Mashed Potato Mixture In an another bowl, mix grated Paneer with roasted Cashews and Cilantro Leaves. Add salt, red chilli Paneer with Aamchur Powder. Mix it thoroughly. Paneer Mixture  Divide the whole mixture in equal 10 parts. Roll it in a bowl. Press it in center by a thumb. Navratri - Navratri is an important festival of India, dedicated to Goddess Durga. This festival is for 10 days and 9 nights. In these 9 days, 9 forms of Goddess Durga is being worshipped. The Last day of the Puja, is called as Vijyadashmi. In different parts of India, it is celebrated in different forms. It is said to be the important festival of West Bengal, Gujarat and Mumbai. Precautions and Remedies from Cold for whole family

Now, the Fall is here. Weather has started getting much cooler now. And in few days, it will be much colder. The sudden change in weather, prone to cough and cold. We need to protect ourselves and our family. We love our family, and it hurts when  we see them coughing or in fever especially the  small members of the family. Now, I would like to share some common home remedies for every1 in family. Spend only 10 minutes everyday in taking care of your family and give 5 minutes to yourself, and say bye-bye to cough and cold. Lets start with the infants (0-3 months), lets know what are the steps we should take to protect them in cold- In night, when they r sleeping, apply 1 drop of mustard oil in their feet. Cover them. (Do it only in winters) If possible, give them massage with oil (which suits their skin), before giving them bath. And if Oil massage is not possible, give them massage by moisturizer, after bath.
