Slow Cooker cooked Potatoes

Ingredients for 6 people-
  1. Red Potatoes- 7-8 nos. (small, cut in quarter shape)
  2. Cream Cheese - 1× 8 oz pkg (softened)
  3. Buttermilk - 1 glass
  4. Condensed cream of Potato Soup - 1 can
Directions - 




  • Place potatoes in crock pot. 
  • In small bowl, combine cream cheese and buttermilk, mix. 
  • Stir in soup. Add to potatoes. 
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 7-9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours. 
  • Stir to blend.
