Marshmallows Chocolate Bundt Cake #Bundtbakers

Links are also updated each month on the BundtBakers  home page . We take turns hosting each month and choosing the theme/ingredient. Every month, we get along together to bake a Bundt cakes... This month's host is Tanya... She came up with an idea of making Chocolate Bundts... Chocolate can be used in any forms...What an innovative idea.... I have already baked chocolate cake, black forest cake, Oreo cake... So, was in search of a different idea..  Then, my friend, "Kusum" came to the rescue... She told me about Marshmallow Chocolate Cake... She got an opportunity to taste this delectable cake at her friend's house.. Seems like, her friend's Mom is a marvelous cook. "Thankyou, Kusum Bhabhi", for this incredible idea...  I am totally in love with my this Bundt.... Ever...

Orangy Paneer

My this post is dedicated to two wonderful ladies, Shikha Kapoor and Shimpa Rathore... Both of them have different events, going in their groups. Well, both the events, set me thinking... But, nothing specific came in mind.... One event has to had something in red, and another one, says it should have fruits and flowers as the main ingredient.. N Was all set to make Alu-Gobhi curry(Potato Cauliflower curry) with roti for dinner, when my Kiddo told me, how much she wants to eat Shahi Paneer for Dinner. What exactly, she told me was, " Mamma, I want Shahi Paneer so much, that I am actually getting the taste of it in my tongue right now." After listening, to such demands, how can a Mom say no to her child. So, changed my dinner Menu, and went to the Kitchen, When this idea struck me of making it Red... Valentine Cake Pops

Cake Pops has always been close to my heart... It was, may be because it is always loved by my Kiddo, whatever the ingredients are... And, I can experiment with any fruits and veggies, I want to... Since, it's winter and Orange is available at my house, everytime... So, this time I thought of experimenting Orange Cake  (Check the recipe here) with Whole Wheat Flour. The only difference, I made in the Original recipe, was replacing All Purpose Flour with Whole Wheat flour. Quantity reduced to 1 1/2 cup of flour, increased the Baking Flour by 1 tsp, increased the honey from 2 tbsp and reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup. Loved it, as it was healthy and perfect in taste and texture. Since, Valentine's Day was coming. Few things were coming in mind, to make for this Valentine's day...
