Vanilla- Chocolate layered Cake
Many of us prefers to bake a cake at home. 1 of the reason behind it is, we like baking it with our friends and another main reason is we can adjust fat and sugar according to our taste. My reason behind baking is I love baking. My passion of experimenting, leads me to experiment a layered cake at home.
This is completely my idea of creation, so please feel free to give it a try at your home. I made different batters for different layers of cake, so here I will be giving you the ingredients of those different layers.
Ingredients for Vanilla layer -
(Chocolate Powder and Coffee Powder can be replaced by 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder)

Ingredients for Vanilla layer -
- All Purpose flour - 2 Big cups
- Milk Powder - 1 Big Cup
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 1 Big cup
- Sugar - 3/4 Big cup
- Vanilla drops - 3 tbsp
- Whipped Cream - 1/2 Big cup
- Almonds - 1/4 Big Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Small Cup
- Flour mixture- Mix All Purpose flour, Milk Powder and Baking Powder together.
- Sugar Mixture- Mix Olive Oil, Sugar, Vanilla drops and Whipped Cream.
- Add Flour Mixture in small portions to Sugar Mixture, stirring continuously.
- When all Flour Mixture is added, add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Add Almonds to the mixture, and stir for another 5 minutes.
- Keep it aside.

- Sugar - 1/2 Big cup
- Chocolate Powder - 1/4 cup
- Coffee Powder - 2 tbsp
- Whipped Cream - 1/2 Big cup
- Almonds - 1/4 Big Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Small Cup or as required
- Chocolate Syrup
- Flour mixture- Mix All Purpose flour, Milk Powder and Baking Powder together.
- Sugar Mixture- Mix Olive Oil, Sugar, Chocolate Powder, Coffee Powder and Whipped Cream.
- Add Flour Mixture in small portions to Sugar Mixture, stirring continuously.
- When all Flour Mixture is added, add milk and mix thoroughly.
- Add Almonds to the mixture, and stir for another 5 minutes.
- Keep it aside.
- Oil the cake pan, and sprinkle flour in the pan.
- Add 1/2 quantity of Vanilla mixture to the cake pan.
- Add whole mixture of Chocolate batter to the cake pan.
- Add rest of Vanilla batter from the top, covering the Chocolate batter completely.
- Add chocolate syrup from the top, in any design you want.
- Preheat the oven at 350 deg for 5 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Keep checking the cake until the fork comes out clean completely.
(Chocolate Powder and Coffee Powder can be replaced by 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder)
