Mixed Vegetable Burger
 Ingredients-   Cauliflower - 1 cup  Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)  Onions - 1 cup (chopped)  Carrots - 1 cup (chopped)  Bell Peppers - 1 cup (chopped)  Green Peas - 1 cup  Tomato - 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia)  Salt to taste  Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp  Red Chilli Pepper - 1 Tsp.  Lemon Juice - 1 fl. oz.  Tomato Sauce - 1 oz.  All Purpse Wheat Flour - 4 tbsp  Whole Milk - 2 cups  Burger Buns - 1 serving  Canola/Vegetable Oil- 1 oz.  Garlic - 1 Tsp. (minced )  Potatoes (Peeled and diced) - 1 large  Yellow Sweet Corn - 1 cup  Beets - 1 cup  Sliced Mushrooms - 1 cup  Royal Red Kidney Beans - 1 cup (Soaked and Boiled)   Directions –     In a kettle, boil milk. When boiled add lemon juice into the milk which will separate the whey and fat in the pan. Pour through cotton cloth to remove all the whey from the fat.
