Mixed Vegetable Burger

Ingredients-
  1. Cauliflower - 1 cup
  2. Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)
  3. Onions - 1 cup (chopped)
  4. Carrots - 1 cup (chopped)
  5. Bell Peppers - 1 cup (chopped)
  6. Green Peas - 1 cup
  7. Tomato - 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  10. Red Chilli Pepper - 1 Tsp.
  11. Lemon Juice - 1 fl. oz.
  12. Tomato Sauce - 1 oz.
  13. All Purpse Wheat Flour - 4 tbsp
  14. Whole Milk - 2 cups
  15. Burger Buns - 1 serving
  16. Canola/Vegetable Oil- 1 oz.
  17. Garlic - 1 Tsp. (minced )
  18. Potatoes (Peeled and diced) - 1 large
  19. Yellow Sweet Corn - 1 cup
  20. Beets - 1 cup
  21. Sliced Mushrooms - 1 cup
  22. Royal Red Kidney Beans - 1 cup (Soaked and Boiled)
Directions –

  • In a kettle, boil milk. When boiled add lemon juice into the milk which will separate the whey and fat in the pan. Pour through cotton cloth to remove all the whey from the fat.
  • Wash the vegetables, put in a microwavable bowl with water and microwave for 12 minutes on high temperature.
  • Drain the water and let the vegetables cool down for 10 minutes.
  • Mash the vegetables and add flour with salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
  • The consistency of batter will be semisolid.
  • Gently drop batter in a preheated pan and press by same spoon and give the shape of patty.
  • If you wanna cook in oven, then Spray baking sheet with oil and add patties, keeping small distance between patties, Place baking sheet in oven preheated to 450 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take the baking sheet out and turn all the patties, then bake for another 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, put the burger buns in a bread toaster to warm them, then take out.
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce on half a bun, add a layer of crushed paneer, then a patty,  a sliced tomato, and finally the other half of the bun.
  • Serve it hot.
