Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup
Ingredients for 4 people -

- Water - 7 cups
- Dried Split Peas - 16 oz pack
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1tsp ( Optional)
- Carrot - 3 medium (sliced)
- Celery - 1 medium (chopped)
- Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mix all ingredients in 4-5 quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or until peas are tender.
- Stir well before serving.
