Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients-
Vegetable Cutlet
  1. Potato- 2 (Boiled)
  2. Onion (Small)  - 1 (Chopped)
  3. Green Chilli - 3
  4. Cabbage - 1 cup (Chopped)
  5. Green Peas - 1 (Boiled)
  6. Bread Crumbs - 1 Cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp



Directions-  
  • Mash Potato in a vessel.
  • Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs, together.
  • Divide the Potato Mixture in 6 equal parts.

Ready Mixture










Ready to Cook
  • Make a small ball of each part.
  • Take oil in a palm and Roll it over the bread crumbs.
  • Make the shape of cutlet.
  • Add a spoon of oil in a pan, add cutlet in it and fry from all sides, till it turns golden brown in color.
                                                    OR

          Brush the cutlet by oil and keep it inside the Oven for 10 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color.
  • Garnish it with a chopped Cabbage, sliced onion and carrot.
  • Enjoy it hot with tomato Sauce.
