- Onion- 1/4 (chopped)
- Green Chilli - 1 (chopped)
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Beat Egg in a bowl for 2minutes, add salt and again beat for a minute.
- Add chopped onion and green chilli and again beat for 1 minute.
- In a heated Pan, add a spoon of oil, spread it on all over the pan and add beated egg to the pan.
- Once cooked, turn it around and again cook it on another side.
- Serve it hot with roti/ tortilla or Bread.
